A USEFUL FIRST PHASE

Start with the room.
Build the destination.

The proposed ground-floor concept at One West Main brings four complementary experiences together, with room to grow as demand supports it.

01

Racing room + showroom

Six proposed modular racing pods, a shared check-in and a small component showroom. A place for practice, driver development, race nights and discovering your own setup.

02

Restaurant + lounge

A corner restaurant and lounge at Main + Fir, with acoustic glazing connecting dining and race viewing. We have engaged with an experienced restaurant/hospitality and sports investor on the P2P Lounge.

03

STEM + driver development

Supervised school and club sessions, a teaching bench and hands-on exploration of telemetry, physics and engineering. Racing becomes a practical way to learn, measure and improve.

04

Rotating collector cars

A changing exhibit celebrating automotive design and regional car culture. We have begun engagement with an internationally recognized car collection in Oregon. Vehicle access and display arrangements are to be developed.

ONE SPACE · MORE POSSIBILITIES

Learn by day.
Race into the evening.

Supervised STEM sessions, telemetry and driver development by day. Racing, hospitality and private events in the evening.

ROOM TO GROW

Next along Fir.

A later phase could add an ’80s-style retro arcade, VR gaming and a flexible broadcast and event room, with an expanded collector gallery as demand supports it.

THE NEXT CONVERSATION

Walk the building.
Shape the first phase.

A building walk and measured test-fit would establish the layout, access, utilities and fit-out needs. A pilot can begin with available racing hardware while hospitality, exhibit and education discussions develop.

Education and museum activity could be explored with an eligible nonprofit partner. Funding and tax-exempt status are not assumed.
