BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

A few useful answers.

Is the event confirmed?

P2P Expo is in development for a proposed 2027 first edition. Dates, venue, program and exhibitor agreements are still being established. This hub is the starting point for those conversations.

Can a small business or local club take part?

Yes. We welcome conversations with regional retailers, independent makers, car clubs, educators, leagues and operators as well as larger manufacturers. Tell us what you could demonstrate or contribute.

Can we provide equipment or run an experience?

We’re interested in equipment provision, staffed demos, coaching, competition delivery and workshops. Include your proposed activity and any operating requirements in your inquiry so we can discuss scope and terms.

Are you looking for custom software and track creators?

Yes. We’re exploring digital Medford courses for drift and quarter-mile sim racing, plus a two-driver virtual challenge from Medford, Massachusetts, to Medford, Oregon. We welcome proposals using established simulation platforms, with a clear scope for custom content, competition tools and event-use permissions.

When will exhibitor packages be available?

Packages will follow venue and program development. Prospective participants can use this page to share requirements and request the exhibitor brief as details take shape.
